Imagine moving in a boat, experiencing the Schuylkill River while simultaneously witnessing breathtaking dance, music and sculpture installations on the river’s shores, waters and air space. Celebrate the wonder and beauty of the Schuylkill River, one of Philadelphia’s most prized natural resources. This is INVISIBLE RIVER 2014. You are part of a flotilla, a community of boats, traveling together and connected in this moment. In the distance, dancing bodies emerge from the shores of the river and soar from the bridge overhead.
Your purchase of one Scull ticket includes seats for 8 rowers and 1 cox. After your ticket purchase we will send you a number for your boat and for each rower - the number must be placed on the boat and on each person before attending the event.

The event begins promptly at 6:30pm.
EVENT DIRECTIONS:
BOATING DIRECTIONS: From Boathouse Row, head north. At the SEPTA Railroad Bridge, there will be a marshall make sure you have your numbers on so you can go past the marshall as the river will be closed to boat traffic for the event. Row north to the Dragon Boat docks just south of the Columbia Railroad Bridge. A more detailed course map will be sent to you the week of the event detailing this location.
